Phil is an Atlanta-based advisor and former UPS executive. He spent more than 30 years building businesses across the U.S., Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.

Over 31 years at UPS, his roles included Vice President of Marketing for Asia Pacific and for Emerging Markets. He led international product strategy and market expansion across more than 100 countries and directed the growth of the China market to more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

Today he is the founder and principal of NXT Chapter International. The firm helps companies enter new markets, grow commercial revenue, and bring AI and emerging technologies to market.
