Connections Worth Keeping™
Workshops and Seminars
Seminars, workshops, and classes in professional relationship building and cross-cultural business alliances, led by Phillip Wu. Every session includes course materials: the worksheets and scoring instruments that participants use on their own relationships.
Executive Workshop
Participants map their relationship portfolio against the objectives of their next chapter. They work through the method on real relationships and leave with specific next moves and dates.
- The method, taught with real cases
- Guided practice on participants' own relationships
- Cultural calibration for cross-border teams
- Course materials and worksheet pack
Keynote
Contacts expire. Trust compounds. The case for managing relationships as a portfolio across career chapters. It is told through three decades of cross-border alliance work.
- Tailored to your audience and theme
- A single diagnostic every listener can run the same day
- An optional follow-on workshop for leadership teams
Class Session
A taught session with practice rounds, built for MBA, MIB, and executive cohorts, including international classrooms. It has been delivered at Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business.
- Pre-work and a student worksheet
- Two live practice rounds
- A faculty summary after the session
From request to session
Every session is scoped to the audience, the decisions they face, and the markets they work in.
- Send a request with your audience, a date window, and what you want participants to be able to do afterward.
- Scoping call. A 30-minute call to confirm the format, the level, and any cross-border context.
- Proposal. The agenda, logistics, and fee, confirmed in writing.
- Pre-work and materials are sent to participants ahead of the session.
Which of your connections are worth keeping?
Bring the method to your leadership team, or put it to work on the alliances your next chapter depends on.
